Environmina was concerned with the pest problem that I had. Carmen was patient, asked me where I felt there was the most activity and focused on those areas. She’s knowledgeable and very efficient at what she does. Every step was explained to me and how the problem would be tackled. I have to say within 6 weeks, there was far less activity than I had been experiencing. Great value for the service provided. I will definitely be calling Environmina in the future if I have any pest problems and also referring them to anyone else that I know who has a pest problem.
Carmen gave us a weath of information about our pest problems and safe effective ways to treat them on her inspection of our property. This company is great! We had a mouse problem!!! The technician Carmen was punctual, diligent, and completely knowledgeable about pest control. She made a thorough assessment of the outside and inside of our home and then strategically place bait boxes accordingly. In three weeks we noticed a reduction in mouse droppings and sitings and promptly cancelled our Terminix contract!!! Last season we were infested with cockroaches outside and around our garage. I'm a organic Gardner with two dogs. When we had to call in an exterminator it was great to find Environmina. Carmen took in to consideration our situation and treated are home . The problem was now under control with the treatment she used. We have had her return this season to treat us again and she goes above and beyond to care for our property. We will always call on her service and would definitely recommend her.

Carmen was a delight and very professional. She responded quickly to our initial call and kept in contact even giving us updates on her arrival time. She spent time observing so she had a good sense of how large our yellow jacket nests were and dealt with them efficiently. As one was quite large she even came back a week later to check that the nest was indeed defunct. Throughout it all she showed a respect for nature, our premise and concern for our own well being, as my husband and I are both allergic to the venom. Environmina will be our “go to” pest control in the future.

Such a friendly and down to earth person with extreme knowledge of pest control. She always kept me informed of her process, explaining in great detail what chemicals she would be using and how nothing was harmful. As a mother with a young child and dog in the house, this was very important to me. She answered every question I had, however silly. She explained to me how the ants were entering the home and signs to look out for so that I’d be better equipped to avoid problems like this in the future. She finished up about two weeks ago and I have barely seen an ant since. So, if you’re looking for someone friendly and knowledgeable at a great price, call Environmina immediately!
Very happy with Environmina! I first noticed rat/mice activity about a year ago and was very nervous about it. I called Carmen and she came the next day! Her knowledge made me feel better about the situation and because of her efforts, the activity was gone very quickly! I still have quarterly appointments and they have ensured that I have no further issues! Carmen is very nice and is very flexible for appointments, which makes the service very convenient.
