Carmen answered the call right quick and was on ground within 48 hours, per our scheduling. About an hour or so later, the job was done - she digitally sent all the relevant paperwork (including a listing of the munitions used) and we haven't had an issue since. Really good stuff. PS I suspect the small handful of 1-star reviews were written by wasps and hornets.

Got rid of them quickly and we got our backyard back! Also hired her for general bug control and she’s been amazing!
